In the field of Art of fire, rare are the disciplines which must as many face techniques as painting on earthenware. It is a complete art which joins together the basic concepts of the composition of the drawing and the painting which also requires knowledge of the colors and their cooking.
That it is of a simple reason or a worked out composition, that requires a preliminary research. It is an important stage of the decorator. It asks imagination and sensitivity.
It is indeed, the difference with other supports, it is the essential recourse to the cooking which is carried out in a furnace with 750° during 6h before cooling. The reasons are completely repainted 3 or 4 times and annealings at the same temperature. It is the heat which makes it possible the colors to be vitrified, to acquire their glare, their transparency and to become inalterable.
The masks of porcelain Venice of Limoges, decorated with the "invaluable stone and gold sheet" undergo same work, and same cooking.
Tables and masks of Venice, are single creations with certificate of authenticity.
Which joy of being able to transmit this passion, to bring one moment of escape and happiness. In my life of artist "art and friendship" are two inseparable words.
Of all arts, I do not know any more adventurous, more dubious, and thus of more noble than arts which call upon fire.
